Wall thickness and insulation to clients specification interior wall finish to clients specification we have options as follows tg+v timber walls/skimcoat plaster finish/cladding/ and or decorative finishes available also upon request.

Standard specifications-

FLOOR-raised joist floor or insulated concrete on a moisture barrier.

WALLS- 4X2 inch frame work with 11mm osb sheets fixed to external,wrapped with breathable membrane felt secured on with 2x1 inch treated battons.

FACADE- Pressure treated spruce shiplap or tg+v, cedarwood tg+v, iroko,accoya,chared wood, coloured metal cladding or coloured acrylic render.

INTERIOR WALLS- Finished with plasterboard skimcoat finish alternatively we can finish in mdf panelling.

ROOF- we can install flat or pitched roofs. Finishing options are metal box profile in dark grey or green,tiled roof, fibreglass roof, or rubber membrane roof.

Our roof finishes carry a minimum of 25 year lifespan.

INTERIOR FINISHES-We can supply fitted kitchens,fitted bathrooms,fitted furniture and internal dividing walls.

WINDOWS+DOORS- We supply any style of window manufactured from kommerling profile, full choice of colours available along with options of double,triple or quadruple glazing units.

We can also supply aluminium framed windows,large sliding doors and bifold doors 

Insulation- We insulate our buildings with original rockwool for a high end thermal and acoustic specification.
